FakeNews does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Your photos, videos, or the content you create
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Usage analytics
• Crash reports containing personal data
• Any other personally identifiable information

How FakeNews Works

FakeNews operates entirely on your device:

• On-Device Processing: Your photos and videos are composited into templates entirely on your device and never uploaded anywhere
• Camera & Microphone: Used only to record clips you choose to put in your videos; recordings stay on your device
• Photo Library: Accessed only to insert media you pick and to save finished videos back to your library
• No Account Required: The app does not require registration or account creation
• No Third-Party Services: The app contains no third-party SDKs, ads, or trackers

In-App Purchases

The optional Pro unlock is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Purchase records are managed by Apple and tied to your Apple Account, not to any account with us.

Data Security

Since FakeNews does not collect personal information:

• There is no personal data at risk of breach
• Your media and creations remain private on your device
• All app data is protected by your device's built-in security features

Children's Privacy

FakeNews does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
