Randomly Privacy Policy

Our Commitment to Privacy

Randomly sends you short reminders at random times. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no trackers, and it never connects to a server of ours. Everything it does happens on your iPhone.

Information We Do NOT Collect

Randomly does not collect any information about you, and sends nothing to us. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Your Apple Account details
• Location data
• Your contacts
• Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) or any other device identifier
• Usage analytics of any kind
• Payment or card details

What Stays on Your Device

Randomly saves a few things on your iPhone so it can work. None of it leaves your device, and we cannot see it:

• Your settings: which libraries are on, how often they remind you, your active hours, and similar preferences
• Libraries you write: the reminders in any custom library you create
• Scheduled reminders: delivered as local notifications by iOS, without any server
• Widget content: reminders shared with Randomly's own widget through your device's local storage

Deleting the app removes all of it. Randomly does not use iCloud, so nothing is synced.

In-App Purchases

Randomly Plus is an optional one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information, and we don't record who bought it. Purchase records are managed by Apple and tied to your Apple Account, not to any account with us.

Data Security

• We hold no names, emails, passwords, or payment details — there is no account to compromise
• Randomly transmits no data, so there is nothing to intercept
• Everything it stores is protected by your device's built-in security features

Children's Privacy

Randomly does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Libraries written for a child, such as affirmations, stay on the device they were written on.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.

App Store Privacy Labels

In accordance with Apple's App Store requirements, Randomly's privacy label is Data Not Collected.

This privacy policy is effective as of the date listed above and applies to all users of the Randomly app.
